Whatsiplus Messaging Service Terms of Use
Please read the following guidelines before using the service to ensure a safe and secure experience:
1. Responsibility for Sending Messages
The WhatsiPlus service does not impose limits on the number of messages you can send, but managing your message sending is your responsibility. Sending duplicate messages or creating repeated loops through software, plugins, or personal services may result in service suspension and could also lead to your WhatsApp number being blocked.
2. Deleting Messages in the Queue
If you have messages that have not yet been sent, you can use the “Delete Pending Messages” button in your user panel to remove all unsent messages.
3. WhatsApp Number Blocking
The responsibility for your WhatsApp number being blocked rests entirely with you and is not related to the WhatsiPlus service. It is essential to follow WhatsApp’s rules. A complete guide is available here:
https://whatsiplus.com/prevent-whatsapp-number-blocking/
4. Starting Message Sending
Do not start sending messages immediately after connecting WhatsApp to the service. Wait a few minutes and begin sending messages gradually and in small batches. (Make sure to wait until you receive a successful connection message on your WhatsApp line.)
5. Choosing the Right Number
Preferably use a WhatsApp number with a history of messaging and user interactions. The more engagement your users have with your messages, the lower the risk of your number being blocked.
6. Possible Disconnection
Under certain conditions, such as major WhatsApp updates, your number may be disconnected from the WhatsiPlus service. In this case, you will be notified via ticket and will need to reconnect your number to continue sending messages.
7. Maintaining Connection
Keep your mobile WhatsApp active from time to time and avoid leaving it inactive for long periods to ensure a stable connection with the service.
